Spiral-plate heat exchanger

Adapts for heat transmission. It adapts for chemical, petroleum, pharmacy, food, light-industry, textile, metallurgy, steel rolling and coking industry etc. According to the structure, it can be divided into dead (Model I) and detachable (Model III) rotary board type heat exchanger.

1¡¢This equipment made by veneer reeling forms two even screw channels, where two kinds of heat transmission medium can flow. This largely enhances heat-exchanging effect, even for two kinds of medium with little temperature range, it can reach the ideal heat exchanging effect
2¡¢The pipe joint on shell is adopted tangential structure with small local resistance force. Because of the even curved rate of screw channel, liquid can flow in the equipment with little steering and small resistance force, thus flow speed is improved to get higher heat transmission capacity.
3¡¢Model I dead screw board heat exchanger is adopted welding sealing for its screw channel, thus has higher tightness.
4¡¢Model II detachable screw board heat exchanger has the basic same structural principle with dead heat exchanger, but one of its channels can be cleansed detachably and especially adapts for heat exchange of additive and precipitation liquid.
5¡¢Model III detachable screw board heat exchanger has the basic same structural principle with dead heat exchanger, but its two channels can be cleansed detachably and get wider application range.
6¡¢According to nominal pressure, screw board type heat exchanger can be divided into PN0.6, 1.0, 1.6 AND 2.5Mpa(namely the maximal working pressure for single channel). According to material, it can be divided to carbon steel and stainless steel. Customer can choose according to practical craft condition.
7¡¢If one unit cannot meet demand of use, multi-unit combinations are available, but it must be in accordance with the following rules:
Parallel connection combination and series connection combination have the same interval between equipment and channel. For mixed combination: one channel is parallel connected and another one is series connected.
